“Paul came out on the Friday and repaired the boiler which was an old model and was difficult but he was on time, polite and professional. Unfortunately the boiler was broken again by the Monday; this allowed him to more fully diagnose the problem and he returned with a replacement part. It was difficult being without hot water for an extended period while we tried to arrange time off work to be in for the repair but on his second visit he charged only for the part and not for a second call out fee. For these reasons I would rate the service as 4 but Paul’s work as 5. I would use this service again in future because I felt the reason for the necessity for the second call out was his genuine attempt to fix the boiler without having to charge us for a part which may or may not have been necessary. Since he had tried to offer us the most reasonable price possible I would trust him to do future work. If we need another repair we know where to come.”
